We kick off CHMS Spirit Week tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 13th. Teachers dress like students and students dress like teachers! This should be a hoot! Both gyms will have a Pep Rally at 7:45am!
Swim Team is open to all 5th - 8th graders. Anyone interested should attend the informational meeting, Monday, Sept. 16th @ 6pm in the VHS library.

6th - 8th grade pre-season workouts for wrestling will be held Mon-Wed-Fri beginning 9/16
Physical must be on file in the office. Physical forms are available in both offices. Wed 9/25 is physical check day. If interested meet in 7/8 gym on 9/25 at 3:15 to have physicals checked and pickup will be 3:45pm.

Tomorrow morning at 7:45am both the 7/8 and 5/6 Campus will have a House Pep Rally! Wear your House colors and show some House spirit! Students in 7th and 8th grade can stay in the House they were in before or choose to draw for a new House! It's going to be a great Friday! You don't want to miss it!

Topic: The New Bus Routing System
Parents, please know that while we realign bus routes and move to our new routing system, we need your help and patience. This has been a three-year process. All student data we had in our student information system during the summer was used to identify routes and assign drivers. However, as you know, the new school year always brings changes to addresses, phone numbers, late enrollees, and drop off and pick up changes. Please remember, all routes are arranged with priority placed on student safety and route efficiency. Per Board Policy 3.401, “students living within three-tenths (.3) of a mile to an established bus route will be required to walk to said route.” Please call the transportation department with any concerns, questions, or to updates to any student information, especially any address or contact information changes.
