Principal's Corner
Dear Parents, Students, and Community
Church Hill Middle School is home to our most important stakeholder, our students. As such, our main responsibility is to them. We must equip our students for what is ahead of them. Our focus as a faculty must be to facilitate our students to be critical thinkers and problem solvers. Let it be known that competition and collaboration are an integral part of what our students and faculty will be about as they learn together.

In
the school setting of Church Hill Middle School that is going to look
like parent involvement, student participation, and effective
teaching.....all for the benefit of our primary stakeholder, the
students. Teamwork is essential to accomplish this lofty task. We must
work together to prepare our students for what lies ahead of them. Our
young people deserve the competitive edge of having skills sets that
will set them apart as not only qualified, but also as excelling. We
want to challenge and benefit our students as they prepare for high
school and the world beyond.
Many
other traits are also taught to young people at this point of their
lives....citizenship, responsibility, respect, etc. We have high
expectations for behaviors that are appropriate at all times for our
students. As a family, you are encouraged to read the information in the
CHMS Handbook to be aware of the expectations and what services and
benefits you may expect from CHMS.
It
is important to remember that what you invest into your time here is
what you will get out of it as your own dividend. Work hard now to
provide a better opportunity for you tomorrow!
Thank you for partnering with us in this venture to benefit our young people. They are the leaders of tomorrow.
