
Parents and caregivers, with the pending winter weather season fast approaching, we want to make sure you are informed of our decision making and communication process regarding school schedule changes. We will make decisions regarding the status of our schools as early as possible and will communicate such decisions in multiple ways including automated phone calls, radio station service announcements, Facebook and Twitter posts, and website updates. As a reminder, we make these decisions based on student and staff safety. If we know of potential road or weather hazards, we will make decisions to avoid such hazards. We ask that as parents and caregivers you develop plans for the children in your care should we experience schedule changes, including delayed starts and school closures, due to inclement weather.
